Repairs took 8 weeks. My front license plate was lost, the car was transferred to a different city that I had to drive to in order to inspect it, the first round of repairs missed a significant amount of damage. Completely negligent staff in every regard.

They had the wrong phone number for me. Despite numerous attempts to correct it, they continued contacting the incorrect phone number. I was never appropriately contacted about the status of my repair. I had to call and ask. Staff seemed like they were working for the insurance company rather than me.
