It was good to receive periodic text messages with status updates of the progress and estimated completion date. But what really made this experience fantastic was when my wife and I arrived to pick up the vehicle. We walked in and we were immediately greeted with a friendly and welcoming smile and great attitude by Leanda. She made a great first impression for your business as we entered your Moore Oklahoma center for the first time. She was incredibly warm and funny, yet very professional at the same time. We were introduced to Penny, who coordinated the repair process. Again, we were greeted with a smile and great attitude. She took the time to explain the steps that were taking to repair the vehicle, the parts used, and the warranty of the work.
