Haden is a good young man who knows about how to respectfully treat customers. He kept me well-informed about what the company was doing with my car repairs. He explained the repairs & gave me an approximate date on completion. He messaged me many times to keep me informed about the repairs. He is honest & caring about customers & is very knowledgeable. He made sure I was happy & pleased with my car repairs. He was never in a hurry when I had questions. He is a good representative for Caliber Collision. Sarah, the receptionist was very kind & respectful. She never rushed me when I had questions. She is very professional also. She also explained the financial side of my repairs too. Haden & Sarah are definitely rich assets to your Company. My car looks wonderful. I will definitely be referring customers to ya'll. Please keep up the good work & great customer Service!
