I would never recommend this company to any one. I am, at this point, going out of my way to tell every single person I know to never use caliber collision.

Absolute worst auto repair experience I’ve ever had. I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday morning and was supposed to to have an estimate within 24 hours. I heard nothing from them until 2 full days later when they called to see if they could transfer it to another location so they could get it done faster. I again heard nothing from them until I called them the following Wednesday at the second location. At this time I was informed the vehicle had been moved to a third location I would need to contact them. When I called location number 3 I was told they were waiting on parts before they could paint and my truck would not be ready for another 3 weeks. After arguing with them they finally said they would try to get it back to me the next week. This didn’t happen. It was at this point that they finally sent me an estimate with a list of all work they were planning to perform. They had not addressed damage to the hood. I had to call them and tell them that the dent in the hood had to be fixed. The technician had to go out and look at it again before he said sorry they had not noticed that damage. It ended up being up being the week after that. I finally got my truck back after almost a month and the paint doesn’t match. It’s close and maybe no one else will notice, but with a thousand dollar co-pay I think it should match. Never take anything to this company.

The only person there who isn’t horrible was Haden Vardero. He made a legitimate effort to help. Everyone else were patronizing and dismissive.

Even though Caliber didn't fix our vehicle because the insurance totaled it, they helped us with the process and allowed us to remove our belongings easily and removed our license plate off the vehicle for us.
