Tria was truly a bright spot during an otherwise frustrating repair process at the Caliber Collision on Richardson Parkway in Morrow. Despite all the mishaps and delays caused by my insurance company, she remained patient, professional, and understanding. She consistently kept me informed—even when my insurance adjuster ignored me for days and failed to communicate. Tria answered all my questions and did everything she could to make the situation easier. I truly appreciate her kindness, patience, and dedication to providing excellent customer service. From the moment my wife and I stepped on the lot for Caliber after having our accident we was treated with nothing but compassion and empathy, from front desk administration to your assigned staffing that handled our needs (Teresa Millet-estimator). We where contacted every step of the way and our vehicle was ready Mich sooner than expected which was such a blessing for us with two teenagers whom plays sports and being down a car was really challenging but we did not have to worry about our car being serviced it was in the right hands from day 1. We are very grateful, happy and satisfied and would recommend this Caliber on Richardson Pkwy in Morrow, Ga to anyone.
