I had no idea that Caliber Collision is a national chain. The amount of personalized attention, updates and top-notch service made me think this was an independent shop. This was an excellent experience all around - from the estimate to the work completed, every question was answered and the communication was second to none - I always knew the status of my repair and when I would get my car back. Highly recommend this team!
