Only a 7 because I would always recommend that they call their own insurance provider for what they should do with their vehicle first. But if they asked me if where I went was a good idea, then I would say most definitely.

Everything visually looks great. Unfortunately my Audi s4 now says “automatic lights/windshield wiper defection”. Before I left, I told a worker about it and they tried to clear the code/ fix it. Unfortunately they said whatever is causing the problem is past what they are able to do so they recommended I take the car to an Audi dealer and give them the receipt/ papers showing what work was done so they have knowledge about what was done and where it was at. They told me I wouldn’t have to pay for any repairs that get done at Audi, however I still have to now find a day to take it there then likely a day to pick it up which will most likely result in me having to find someone to help me which is an inconvenience for them now and with winter coming I only have a front wheel drive car so I was relying on having my awd car back and to use for the upcoming months. Overall, I understand it’s a technical issue that wasn’t possible to be done at Caliber allegedly, but I’m glad that the car is back to a “stock” look, was very impressed with the repair quality. Also, I appreciated the updates and calls about what was happening with my vehicle while it was in the shop.

I loved the text updates each week. I also liked that within an hour of me filing a claim with my insurance company, a tow truck picked up my car and took it to your facility where I started receiving messages to confirm receipt and intention to start work. I also appreciated everyone I spoke with being so nice and helpful, allowing me to drop off my rental and helping me get my garage door opener back when I accidentally left it in the rental.

My experience was fast and easy, I dropped the truck off, enterprise came and got me into my rental. 11 days later I dropped the rental off at caliber and drove my truck away. Couldn’t have been easier.
