Carlos was very easy to deal with, couldn’t have been more helpful. We were kept informed completely throughout the repair. The repair was done faster than we anticipated, everything was perfect! Caliber collision is a very well managed and organized business. Everyone who works there, are very professional and positive employees. My shout out to Jackie and all the office personnel. Jackie will go the extra step to do the best she can. The office will explain everything about your situation and all the different actions available for you. They send updated texts to your phone as things progress so you never have to call them for an update. Very great experience and I feel very comfortable with this service and personal.
