The receptionist up front were very professional and kind. However, Mike was the very best!! He kept us up to date with the process, was patient, thorough and very helpful!! He truly made our experience easy and painless! The staff that worked on our car did an amazing job! Cannot tell that we had an issue. We have owned our Solara since Aug of 2004....this was our first auto collision repair ever. It was a great experience.
