The front bumper is coming loose near the edge of the headlights, at the time of pick up I brought it to their attention the manager Joe Jimenez, took it back and said had the tech adjust it, it seamed better but it after driving it for 30 minutes it kept coming loose. This does not meet my expectations after a $2000. Repair which really it seams it was just a paint repair to the bumper, when I walked the vehicle with Mike the estimator I made it clear that I wanted to receive the vehicle looking as it was before the accident. I’m not sure what will need to be done but this is my expectation. I hope you will fix this issue for me, I will be contacting the shop again tomorrow Monday

After completion of work, I noticed a small indentation like a pebble hit it after the mirror was repainted. Attention to detail. Other than that a good experience with Caliber Collision.
