i was really expecting a phone call mid to late morning, to give me an idea of when the car would be ready for pick up. I finally called around mid afternoon, found out it would be ready by end of the day, and that closing time was 5 :30. i was too far away to get there before closing. had i known that information by 1:00, i could hsve made it work.
