When I picked up the car I waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the service counter. Finally told the girl I had to leave for a meeting and to just give me the key. She did. No reason to wait over 10 min for someone to come from the garage to tell me the car is fixed. I could see that.

Caliber collision did a fantastic job on my 2021 F-150 , Mike kept me informed on progress, though out the repair process. Caliber collision should be your only choice when looking for a collision repair shop . Very impressed with the quality of work as well .

Wish information on when the car work would be complete was more accurate/helpful—I needed to leave for the weekend and it was very difficult to know if I should wait for car to be finished on Friday afternoon or whether it would be Monday before calibration and other final steps would be be complete. As it turns out—the car was not ready until the very end of Monday and there was no reason for me to delay leaving for my weekend plans. Better communication between those working on final steps of car repair and those speaking with me would have helped.
