I had specific questions when I booked my appointment. The information was misleading. My repair was done poorly and needed additional work causing me to wait at tge shop. The job is still not completed correctlyand I will need to take my car back. Carlos could and first point of contact need additional training. Joe the manager understood my frustration. Could not recommend Caliber.
