My mechanical issues were not repaired due to the poor wording from my service advisor. He did not side with the customer nor did he make any effort to correct the issue or offer any resolution. I have had 2-3 lifetime claims and always used and recommended Caliber Collision. I will never use your company again nor will I recommend your company. And I have turned the matter over to my attorney.
