Caliber did a very fine job. Their communication was excellent, which was important because of schedule slips due to some back-and-forth sending the car to FMC. This couldn't have been anticipated and eventually worked out. I am very happy that Jeremiah was there to advocate on our behalf with FMC. He was excellent.

It was a great experience all around, but took longer than we had hoped. We understand all of the reasons for the delay, and are satisfied that Jerimiah did everything that he could to complete the job.

From beginning to end A+ service. Kept me updated in my car was completed on the day. They told me it was. Jeremiah was the best. Hope I never have to use a body shop again, but if I do, I know where I’m going.

Jeremiah was the best he worked with me from beginning to end making the process super easy. When repair was started, I constantly receive text notifications about the progress and a date that they expected my vehicle to possibly be ready and it was ready on that date, hands-down best customer service and quality work. You cannot even tell anything happen to my vehicle. Awesome people that care. I hope I do not ever need a body shop again but if I do, I will definitely be coming back.
