Laura did a great job. Our paint color is the rarest Land Rover factory paint option ever imported to the US, is a complex blue/green shift with metallic, AND is over 10 years old, and she matched it perfectly, including matching the style-stripe. Great job Laura!

The "Teams" patience and persistence with the foot dragging insurance company was impressive. There were several instances where I would have lost it with them when it was very clear that a particular part had to be replaced vs repaired, which took almost 2 weeks to conclude. Tip of the hat to them all!

The staff Howard did an excellent job, repairing my Corvette. They worked with my insurance company so everything got fixed. It was supposed to get fixed instead of what GEICO estimate was the cost was twice the original estimate and you did a phenomenal job finding out the issues explaining it to GEICO and getting everybody paid and getting the work done. Laura, the service writer or the girls I was dealing with did an excellent job, informing me of any changes and all the progress as it was going on this was not a simple insurance claim. I would highly recommend caliber, but hopefully I’ll never need your service again.
