My lift gate does not close like it did originally. It closes however there is now a 2 step latching process that wasn’t apparent before.

Ashley was wonderful! It was a pleasure to talk with her each time. However, my point person was non existent! I did not receive updates as promised. I had to call and hen I did it was always “I was about to call you”

The representative keep all informed to include two insurance companies an attorney and us. They were a very effective middle man that did not allow the repair process to get slowed down

The repair was great but the time that it took was to long. And the only problem I have now is that the belt is squealing when the Ac is on.

The repair work is great. I just wish I would have been notified about only replacing 1 headlight. I told the guy when I dropped the car off to please let me know if there was something they could fix that insurance wouldn’t cover and we could pay out of pocket
