Both my wife and I have received really solid customer care and the results of our repairs were excellent. The only issue that we both experienced was that both repairs went a bit longer than was initially communicated and the last two days of both repairs, we needed to repeatedly call in to get the status which kept getting pushed back. I picked up my car and noticed that it didn’t look clean. I don’t like to complain, so I brushed off some of the stuff I saw on the seat and went about my business. I few minutes later I started noticing there was glass from our window all over in the front. I as I was getting ready to head home from the gym, I dropped my ear bud on the seat. When I grabbed it, I got a piece of glass stuck in my finger. I also noticed a piece of the door seal wasn’t replaced and still had punctures. I did bring the vehicle back and it was vacuumed a bit better and the door seal was ordered

Unfortunately I went in for an insurance claim repair (hood repair) as well as an additional out-of-pocket repair (bumper repair). I had quotes/paperwork for everything and was told both would be done. Picked up today and only the hood was done. Hood does look good but can’t really get too excited when half the guaranteed repair wasn’t performed.
