If what happened to me would have happened to someone that I recommended this automotive body shop to I would be very very embarrassed as my friend is that recommended it to me. We cannot believe that this has happened and the more reviews I read the more I should have read about this body shop because there are many reviews that are not that good with the same problems I've had. The people were nice they were kind they would talk to me if I called however it's more than just that. And I'm still waiting on parts this Friday I will have dropped my vehicle off 7 weeks ago there and I'm still riding around with the a-pillar with no cover. And was told that it was a recall and they can't get a hold of the parts. We will see. I went ahead and bought the parts and fixed it myself because I figured they weren't going to do anything about it so it is what it is.

I have used the services of Caliber Collision on several occasions and every time they have done fantastic work. I have had the great pleasure of working with Jeremiah Curry and his team on more than one occasion and each time they made me feel so at ease and explained in detail what needed to be done and that they would take care of everything. This most recent time was no different, Jeremiah and his team are such a pleasure to work with, the damage on my vehicle was apparently caused by a shopping cart which left deep scratches on my passenger side, this happened while I was parked in the grocery store parking lot. Jeremiah assessed the damage and sent the estimated cost information to my insurance company within the hour. Jeremiah scheduled the date for repairs and informed Enterprise Car Rental of the estimated time it would take to complete the repairs. When I contacted Enterprise they had everything they needed and I just had to give them the date I would need the rental. Caliber Collision completed the repairs on my vehicle in a short period of time and once again they did an excellent job!
