When I dropped the car off at Caliber Collision the air conditioner was working. When I picked it up it was NOT working. They are not taking responsibility to fix it.

The air conditioner condenser had to be replaced. When they were finished the air conditioner did not work. We agreed that the a/c clutch was not engaging. They said that it was MY responsibility to document damage to the air conditioner. Upon examination at MY expense it was discovered that the blue wire providing power to the air conditioner clutch had been disconnected and it was not reconnected. It was just dangling in mid air. I have a photo of it. Once it was connected, the air conditioner began cooling. Caliber Collision could not be bothered to check their own mechanic’s work. I will never recommend them to anyone!

Looks like someone tried to break our vehicle while it was at the shop. Definite pry marks around the driver's side handle. A piece of the handle fell off while driving because pieces were pried off around the door lock.
