I dropped my car off for repairs on May 12th and original was provided a 10-12 day repair estimate. I wasn't able to finally pickup the car until June 8th which was almost a full month. While there was frequent communication from the service advisor, I never had a good sense of when the work was going to be complete.

Good experience. Only thing was the texting communication back and forth sometimes it worked and sometimes none of the messages would come through if I had a question or something. I think it was a technical issue with the texting system
