Everyone was extremely nice and helpful with any questions I had. Especially the manager Bryan. I’m so glad they replaced the old manager with him. He was amazing.

Luckily I don’t have to use your service all the time but anytime I do your team is the best I have ever dealt with. I’ve never had a shop keep me up to date with messages about my vehicle so much which is a rare thing to find. Your body techs did an amazing job getting this repaired and your paint techs matched and blended the paint perfectly. Plus getting my explorer back faster than originally told is amazing. My wife was skeptical taking the car to get repaired before vacation and I told her you all always do great work and fast. I’m glad you all didn’t make me a liar and my wife and I live in tell city now and we will pass every other body shop to take it to your team

I was treated very well from the appraisal to pick-up. I received daily updates. It was immaculate when I picked it up. My RAV4 looks almost like new. I was surprised when it was completed 4 days early. I would recommend Caliber to all my friends and family should they are unlucky enough to need auto repair.

I appreciate the service provided by Caliber Collision at their Newburgh branch. My only concern is that I received my car the afternoon of Friday, 4/24th at the exterior of the shop, while the rain made the revision process hard. Although I had been told the service is under a lifetime warranty, it could be a better experience to conduct revisions by customers in an environmentally controlled space.

They were GREAT! Kept me updated every step of the way. The work was fantastic and looked like new. John was extremely patient with all my questions. They even replaced my battery when my died while in the shop. Definitely an exceptional experience!!

Still having problems with my car. The work that they did that wasn’t body related is defective.

Everyone that I have dealt with has been nice however this whole process has been a nightmare. They had my car for a month on my way home from the body shop. It stopped running. I have now had it back for less than two weeks and the air conditioner doesn’t work and they replaced the compressor.
