It was by far some of the best customer service I have ever received. I received updates on the progress of my vehicle at least once a week. John was very friendly and helpful. They even dropped my vehicle off at my house when it was finished as a courtesy.

William's car was damaged on his way to National Guard Drill Weekend. He got a ride to drill but mom here had to take care of getting insurance claim filed and car towed to repair shop for my kiddo. Repair did excellent job of communicating with me and my son since I was the one that had to take care of the problem.

Still awaiting a call back to repair the washer bottle that was not fixed at the time of repair, was told I would receive a call (per John the new manager) when the part came in. It has been almost a week since pickup.
