Experience was great. Conner was friendly and explained the repairs and repair process. Pick up of my vehicle was a breeze, and my car looked perfect; no sign of any prior collision. I could not be more pleased. I first contacted the collision repair service that Mercedes recommended for their repairs. Drove over an hour for an estimate. My estimate consisted of an office worker, coming out to take pictures, instead of a technician or estimator. When I received their estimate, it was over $800 plus more, for approximately 1/2 inch scratch on the plastic surrounding the back tire. Caliber removed the section over the wheel while I waited and I drove the car home. The car was actually ready the next afternoon. Quick turnaround! The customer service was outstanding and the work was superb! I will certainly use them again. I was more than pleased! 5 stars!!
