Car was promised to be completed in one week. It took 2 weeks. Caliber should have been in contact with my insurance and Enterprise to keep me from having to call several times to get rental extended.

Extremely good customer service, quick turn around time and the worksmanship is excellent. They even vacuumed out my front seats and floor boards even though I had no expectation for that. I recommend caliber collision and will take my cars there whenever I need bodywork done.

Everyone who works there are super special. The staff there is amazing as far as friendliness, alert, knowledge, and management synod all the frequent emails I received were just amazing! I have never had any company follow up with the customer daily to give an update on my automobile. Everyone is helpful and friendly..
