I think Caliber does a great job. This is the 2nd time I've used Caliber, formally ABBA. The 2 accidents were not our faults but because the others insurance was used on site, it made for an easy transaction to used Caliber.

Overall good work but the molding on the driver's door has to be replaced with a new one. While closing my door as I was walking away back to the building to throw away trash, I sliced my finger on the molding edge sticking out. Thankfully one of the workers after closing time was still there and assisted me in figuring out the problem. His name is Dean. Calling back today to figure out when and what to do.

I think the customer service is great but in my case I was only given around 30 mins (too late in the day to call/ text received at 5:39pm) to coordinate with my wife to pick up my son from the barber shop where he just got in the chair for a hair cut. He's to young to just leave there and I was 25 mins from the Caliber location. I know the correct customer service action would have been to consider the customer situation then offer solutions. The next day, Saturday, I had a convention from 8am til 1pm. Caliber's hours are from 9am to 12pm. Caliber should have said at this point, they would cover the car rental until Monday when they reopen and conduct business Monday. That's not what happened. I unsafely rushed to make it to Caliber and arrived after close time at 6:03pm. While rushing to get there I tried multiple calls back to back to get through asking them to not leave at closing. After the phone transferred to a different location, that location couldn't get through to the Newman location either. But the Newman location called me back. The reason I rate a passing 7 rating is because they did stay after 6pm so I could get my car and turn in the rental. Plus the gentleman after hours when all doors were locked, helped me out. Thank you Dean.

It was a great experience!!! The whole staff was exceptional and very friendly. Shane did a GREAT job updating me daily and going over the process and repairs very thoroughly.
