Paid out of pocket for the rear bumper to be finished and painted; when I picked up the car, there was still a deep, unpainted scratch in right side of it. Rep had a painter take it in the shop and he simply put touch up paint on the scratch, something I could have done. Also the left rear tail light was replace as part of the repair and there is a gap where water can get in. I will bring back for correction.
