Everything was made very easy from coordinating with Enterprise to get the rental car to final pick up. They kept me informed of the repairs and when it would be ready. Everyone was nice and courteous.

The delay getting it back into shop was alittle much. Took WAYYY too long for them to start the warranty repair (2 months from time of me showing the car at shop) and called almost weekly to check in, the person I needed to talk to was always busy, and never got a call back. Ended up showing up at shop next day after calling and then told they still hadn’t heard back from paint supplier. Glad it’s fixed now, but only because I asked if I needed to have my attorney help push it forward, then all hands were on deck to get it done. Should not have taken that long to get ball rolling.

I had a concern about my door being a little bit at an angle . I mentioned it to the gentleman that helped me and he said it could be the new seal . If it is still like that after a couple months I will contact you . Everything else was perfect , customer service, and accuracy was great thank you

Jordan was great at keeping me updated on the progress of my car. He was always quick to communicate with me. When it was ready, it was late in the day and I knew I couldn’t make it by closing. He stayed late as he knew, I was anxious to get it back. That was going the extra mile!

My passenger rear door handle latch wasn’t attached so my door wouldn’t open, the bumper bracket is still bent, and the front passenger door was sprayed over without sanding down leaving textured bubbles still visible.
