I really appreciate you guys! You did a job well done by totally my truck instead of what newbies like me have nightmares about where a mechanic shop just repairs a little bit and then lies and lies and so on and the customer ends up with a hunk of junk. This truck meant something to me am I'm glad it was looked over by professionals such as yourselves. The only thing I would ask for in the future would be to be more communicative, I know some customers can be really pushy and frustrating to deal with but adjusters do not call customers and update then without constant calling on our behalf, it's low level entry customer service people who call and much of the time, they are who you end speaking with if you reach out. Those customer service type people know NOTHING about ANYTHING but that's why they are low level so just some insight if you guys didn't know. Again this was MY experience not everyone's and so take it as such. Thank you, have a great one guys, should buy y'all some beer and swing it by!

Alan made sure everything was working properly before releasing the car to me. He stated he added an extra piece (do not remember what is was) to ensure it drove correctly. Alan is an exceptional employee.
