Customer service was great until I went to pick up the vehicle on the original completion date. I was told it would be ready within an hour and it was not. I was then given the choice to take vehicle without it being washed and cleaned. When I came back a second time there were still scratch’s, dings, and dents on the vehicle. I ended up leaving the vehicle and contacting the regional manager about the experience.
