The team at Caliber did a fantastic job on my vehicle. I was blown away by their professionalism. Olivia’s customer service skills are top notch; she did a great job of making sure that I was taken care of (rental car, billing, warrantee, etc). James was fantastic at explaining the process of making the repairs to my truck. He obviously has a lot of experience in this trade, and he provided a fair and honest estimate for the work. He and the rest of the team at Caliber seem to genuinely care about providing their customers with the best product possible. Great job and thank you!!

From drop off to pick-up Caliber Collision on Ashley Phosphate Rd in North Charleston did a superb job. From the initial inspection, the estimate process, parts and paint thru the final inspection the staff was professional and kept me well informed about the progress of my repairs. The office staff worked well with my insurance company and there were no suprises along the way I highly recommend this location.

Quick turnaround time, made sure the correct part was installed, went above and beyond to wash the outside and clean the inside of my truck. I've never had a shop go that far.
