Great Customer service the young lady that works right by the door as soon as you come into the building is the Best very professional and knowledgeable she helped me with both of my repairs on my fleet vehicle I look forward to working with her in the future and the younger gentleman that wrote up my repairs was very helpful as well

James and the entire team did an outstanding job on my Honda. Everyone—from the friendly, helpful customer-service staff to the technicians who completed the repairs—made the experience smooth and stress-free. They were professional, communicated well, and clearly worked very hard to make sure everything was done right. When I picked up my Honda, it looked brand new. I truly appreciate the care, attention to detail, and excellent service from everyone at this location. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs.

The team at Caliber did a fantastic job on my vehicle. I was blown away by their professionalism. Olivia’s customer service skills are top notch; she did a great job of making sure that I was taken care of (rental car, billing, warrantee, etc). James was fantastic at explaining the process of making the repairs to my truck. He obviously has a lot of experience in this trade, and he provided a fair and honest estimate for the work. He and the rest of the team at Caliber seem to genuinely care about providing their customers with the best product possible. Great job and thank you!!
