The Caliber team, Olivia and Damien did an amazing job communicating on the processes of the body work being performed on our Jeep. The transition from our car to the rental provided was even better. They broke my back window and they left all the glass inside my truck, they stole my apple car screen all my item for my compartment glove and even my registration and insurance papers need corporate to call me because they won take any accountability about why this happened
