It took what seemed like forever to get my car back, but that was Buick’s fault. My front end was damaged in a collision with a trailer hitch. The license plate was completely obliterated in the accident. When I picked up my vehicle, the plate looked almost as though nothing had happened. While I was very unhappy with the delays (again, Buick’s fault), I am vey happy with Caliber.

Sondra really helped us out! The at fault insurance company was a nightmare, but we had some peace knowing we werent the only ones and Sondra took care of us knowing we were having some issues with that horrible insurance. She is detailed oriented and listened to us even though we were venting about the insurance company. She really is the epitome of customer service. I will be forever Cailaber Collision customer, just because of Sondra. She made our experience amazing. We would advertise for Cailaber Collision if we were famous Tiktok influencers. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and a sixth 🌟 for the quality of the repair!

Although it took longer than I thought, the work was well done. I appreciated the fact that they let me know that they needed to keep it a bit longer because a warning light came on. I also appreciated that they washed my car before returning it to me. Sondra was amazing and kept me in the loop.
