Even though it took a while (insurances fault) she diligently and patiently worked with me in order to ensure my vehicle got done within the needed time frame and was repaired to the highest standard. The outside looked fine but inside the trunk the carpet was not tucked back in and the bumper cover seems loose. Trunk also has a hard time securely latching. I have had to stop and slam it shut after it failed to latch and set the sensor while driving.
