I’ve had better experiences in the past as I’ve had previous vehicles repaired by you guys not sure what changed but makes me wonder about going back. I hope if I ever need your services again my experience is a better one, everyone is and have always been very nice!

Overall the repair work came out decent, but the process was frustrating due to communication issues and missed details. I specifically informed the estimator that my car had aftermarket light bulbs and was told a note would be made so the lights would match after repairs. When I picked up the car, one headlight was noticeably brighter because the bulbs were never switched over. At first I was told nothing could be done until I got management involved, and only then did they acknowledge the mistake and fix it. A few days after picking up my car , one of the chrome trim pieces also fell off and I had to bring the car back again, which took another few days to resolve. I appreciate that management eventually made things right, but I wish there had been better quality control and communication throughout the process instead of only receiving automated estimate updates. The experience could have been much smoother with more attention to detail and customer communication.

Sondra at Caliber Collisions made what I expected to be a stressful situation feel incredibly smooth and easy. I had a bad experience with another body shop before coming here, so I was honestly expecting more frustration. From the moment Sondra took over, she made the entire process completely stress-free. She kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure everything moved along without any hassle. Her professionalism, communication, and genuine care really stood out. After my previous experience, I really appreciated how easy she made everything. I’m very grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend Caliber Collisions because of the way Sondra handled everything.
