Replacing a door on a 13 year old car, I thought nothing would match, paint would match the face of the car, interior wouldn’t match. Everything that could go wrong, I expected. Found out they had added a front license plate mount to the repair and didnt tell me. Drilled it right into the brand new bumper. I have a seperate plate mount that goes were toe hook is for licenses plate. Was hopeing to pick up my vehicle without any surprises. But now I have 2 giant holes in my brand new bumper. Paint looks good just but would look better without the 2 fresh drilled holes in the bumper. Would have been nice if they asked if I wanted it installed becuase I didnt have one on there when I dropped vehicle off. It also wasn't talked about when I dropped the vehicle off. All that was talked about was bumper replacement, grill replacement paint bumper and buff headlamps. The only answer they gave me when I asked about it is it colorado law to have a front plate like I dont know that already. Didnt even offer to fix the damages on pickup.

110%. My insurance said I had to use Caliber, and I am so happy I did. Their prices were in line with the industry standard (I had a previous estimate done elsewhere) and really went above and beyond every step of the way.

You literally cannot tell at all there was damage. Even the seams where the quarter panel was replaced are seamless. I couldn't be happier

Tyler was responsible for my vehicle, and I received many update messages on the status of my car. It was very reassuring, always super polite and friendly. He also answered any questions I had. I have zero complaints, it exceeded my expectations. Also, when I was paying, the receptionist was extremely patient, friendly, and kind. I was having some problems with the daily limit on my debit card, and they helped me through everything.
