The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Sam was friendly, down to earth, funny and incredibly helpful. He kept us updated throughout the entire process and made sure we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. The sweet lady at the front desk was wonderful too. She had such a warm personality and made every visit a pleasure. We truly felt taken care of.

The service was warming when dropping off the car. After I picked up my car went in the store my car wouldn’t start. I called them it wasn’t warming after that. I didn have these issues before My car got drop here. I will never use this service again and I had to miss work because I just got my car out the shop and it’s not starting

Everything started out good. I picked my car up Friday. Went in the store my car didn’t start soon after that. I called the store spoke with Sam. He said no one left the door open or anything. I had to miss work Friday car would not start. The light in my car was still on today. When I double checked. And the side of my bumper is not flushed. Windshield wiper fluid was not replaced. Ik I had some before the repair. I’m not pleased .
