Told me my bumper was too dirty to reapply my guard ! For 1k why couldn’t it be cleaned and reapplied I didn’t ask for a new one!!

My car wasn’t out of alignment before my deer mishap , car is fixed as far as I can tell but will need to be aligned now ! I don’t know if that was supposed to have been done also but I had been without my vehicle so I will be having it checked and new tires put on front to see if that helps !! Really don’t know !!

Lisa was great from the first time she answered the phone. She was so personable, and helpful, really explaining the process and helping me problem solve; even offering solutions before problems arose such as coordinating car rental service. Jacob was so great and friendly with the service/repair. He was a good communicator and was so helpful and friendly! It was like I was the only customer and he gave his full attention.

Jacob knows,,,,new parts are not the same color. Has more gray in the paint. Gap on the drivers side. I can smell coolant bc the air was left on heat
