The caliber team did an amazing job on my car. I love how when I came to pick there was a paint run and they fixed it right away. They always kept me updated with the process. Overall my experience we with caliber was amazing!

I worked with Sam Harper at your North Port , Alabama location. My insurance company was not licensed in Alabama and we had to jump through various hoops without much support in order to orchestrate this repair from start to finish. I cannot express enough, how impressed I was with Sam. He was extremely proactive, compassionate communicative and took better care of me than my insurance company or my agent. he was thorough and meticulous and made sure that the repairs were made properly and he vetted the car so it was completely safe for my daughter to drive. I lead a sales team that focuses on customer satisfaction and I can say that this was one of the most outstanding experiences that I have had and that is saying a lot considering this transaction was due to an accident. I hope that there is some way that you can recognize this individual and use him as a role model for your company. I am very appreciative that I had such a professional individual to work with.

I worked with Samuel Harper who went above and beyond working with Adjuster's insurance companies, etc. to make sure that everything ran smoothly and the car was repaired properly from top to bottom. The level of care and attention to detail and courteousness of this individual was outstanding. He is such a benefit to the company and your customers. I hope that the company recognizes that they have an outstanding employee!

this is one of the best customer experiences I have had. I got no help from my insurance carrier or my insurance agent and Sam was wearing many hats. He was com had great. Follow up and communicate communicated with me every step of the way. Couldn't have asked for more.
