I am appreciative of the updates they would give. They were very informative and did their absolute best to find the parts needed to get my 2009 Chevy back on the road. It was difficult to find all of the parts because my truck is dated but the one part they couldn’t find any where they welded it back to remain intact and almost made the point of mending almost invisible so I was very pleased with their work. I was told up front there was one part they couldn’t find anywhere but they would keep looking and at the last minute after the truck was completed they found the part so they said if I bring it back next week the part will be in and they could place it on my truck and then it will be all corrected. I love their customer service, their work and my truck looks as good as new on the side they worked on. I am very pleased with this service!

Out standing! I love how you all called to keep me informed about the parts and availability of the parts. It was no surprise upon picking up my truck when there was a couple of parts they had difficulty finding for my 2009 Chevrolet. I really appreciate the updates and the four knowledge of what might happen throughout the repairs.

I would highly recommend Caliber Collision. I worked with Mr LC and he was the best. I received text message with updated & my car was ready 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Anytime I had a question they were quick to answer which made this process less stressful.

Caliber collision was fantastic. They kept me updated on the repairs for my car and got me back on the road in my own car in less than two weeks. Highly recommend for now on!
