The receptionist is warm and friendly. She was the highlight of this experience. There was a breakdown in communication over the deductible expected which delayed pick up of our vehicle. This was quite inconvenient.

The dent was repaired and the paint looks good. Only thing is my wife noticed when the back up camera comes on she can see the license plate. That didn’t happen before.
