We got to be friends, as long as the VW parts took to come in! Lol! LC, Todd, and Kym were so friendly, and LC let me know regularly where we were in the process. I'll go nowhere else --- but I hope I'll never have to go again. LOL!!

Caliber Collision did a great job repairing my vehicle, and the quality of the work was good. However, I was not happy that they kept my car for two weeks to fix what seemed like a minor issue. The delay was frustrating.

My car was repaired quickly and I was kept up to date on progress. Everyone I spoke with and Steve, my main contact, wer very courteous and professional. The repairs are perfect, cannot tell there was damage at all, from repairs to paint job.

He assisted in the validation of the sensors and even replaced one at his expense. The paint job looks matching to the rest of the car. Knowing the damage to the car, he went over all the things that were replaced and the welding of the replacement pieces to the rest of the car. All in all, it was a top of the line job and my experience with Caliper Collision was a great one. Super job LC and the repair team and thank you.
