My service advisor, John Mr. John, as it seems, he is referred to as treated me like one of his own. He was very prompt when I arrived and his communications timing and frequency was impeccable. The entire experience from the very kind employee at the front desk, literally functioning with excellence and precision to my service advisor. Mr. John, the entire face upheld the core company value values. One amazing team these two appeared to be. Onto my repair. It appears the repair was performed with excellence precision and professionalism. I don’t know much about the mechanical components, but I can tell you it looks better than it did when it arrived. Since everything is warranty, I have no reason to doubt the integrity of this work. Overall excellent 10 stars.
