They were fast friendly and the work was excellent. There was one scheduling mistake and it was because corporate stuck their nose into make an appointment when it should’ve been done at the local level. I took my truck in on a day that corporate asked me to. That was not cleared with the local Calibor collision. So I had to return when the local company was able to get me in.

They did an outstanding job reparing the cosmetic damage to my vehicle. How ever them and the insurance company were notified by me that due to the wreck my car is having MAJOR mechanical issues. I was told that my car would be diagnosed and the mechanic damage would be repaired. The issues to my drive train that WERE CASUED BY THE WRECK have been completely disregarded and failed to be both diagnosed and repaired accordingly. My vehicle is still NOT FIT TO BE DRIVEN but I am left no choice because of financial reasonings. I am very very disappointed with the ramaing mechanical issues that were caused by the wreck. This is unacceptable and I am very upset at the fact that I am still having to drive this car around with the issues that it is having after being told that they would be repaired. Thank you.

Body repairs are great, car looks sharp! However it appears we have an impedance issue with the right front blinker. When making a right turn, I receive a right front blinker failure alert and although it flashes, it flashes at twice the normal rate as the left blinker. As stated, the body work was excellent and the turn around time fantastic. Other than the blinker issue Caliber Collision was on the mark!

Service that is fantastic from the time you enter the building until you drive your repaired vehicle off the lot! Great craftsmanship in their work and a ten year warranty for their parts and paint job. I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with everything about Caliber Collision and their work.
