I had the pleasure of working with LC and Kim. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated like royalty. There customer service is hands down the best I've ever seen at an automotive company. Caliber completed a no flaws job on my cars rear bumper. The paint looks amazing and they even washed and detailed my car as an added surprise. Excellent service. I will be back with all my collision needs (hopefully not too often though lol). Thanks so much for the care you provided for me car. You brought calm to a stressful situation.

The repair work itself was outstanding. However, I was a little surprised by how long it took to buy paint and replace a tailgate. Otherwise. I am completely satisfied.

My car had to be brought back to the shop and then we have been told different stories about when it would be ready for the last week. Every time we call it’s a different story about what part has to be put on or isn’t done yet. It’s has a month and a half and our car is still being repaired.
