Caliber Collision are great. They take the time to go over all the vehicle and make sure they're getting the right information about the repairs. They kept me informed throughout the time they worked on my car. Kim in the office was great with customer service. CL was the tech who looked at my car and kept me informed. They made I was informed and asked all along if I had any questions. The ream there is great. I'm very satisfied with the work they did.

It would really be helpful if they were open on Saturdays for atleast pick up and drop off. Having to bet repairs after an accident is bad enough without having to take time off work to take your vehicle during their current times.

This is my second time going to caliber collision in ocean springs. I choose this location as my choice of body shop because I know that Kim will get me in ASAP. LC was my advisor this time, and he was thorough and very nice. The people are caliber collision in ocean springs are awesome. My car was fixed within one week! The manager for this location has an AWESOME team!

Kim and LC are great. This is my second time getting car work done here @ caliber in ocean springs. I don’t even try at the other locations because Kim is just that awesome when it comes to keeping me updated about my vehicle and getting me in in a timely manner whereas other locations are scheduling months out!
