I had to purchase a tire that was damaged in the incident and you weren’t going to be able to repair my car for two weeks and you would not order the car the tire in advance. I had to order it myself and then get reimbursed by my insurance company. That really put me out and I was disappointed with your company.

Caliber collision did a great job fixing my car after the car accident. Claudia and the front desk lady were awesome to work with. They both went out of their way to help when I was arranging my rental car issue. They were kind and professional, and I would highly recommend your store to others.

Car had overspray of some sort all over it and body lines aren’t quite correct on repaired area.

From the front office dealing with Kim to my service manager Benji my experience was better than I had expected! I was blown away when I picked my vehicle up and one of shop guys stopped what he had come in the front to do and brought my vehicle to me. Above and beyond!
