Excellent customer service experience. Everyone was very knowledgeable & friendly. They even helped with my rental car. My car was ready in 2 days. Which was fast. When, I went to pick my car up, it was washed & cleaned & ready for me. I was very impressed with Caliber Collision.

Unfortunately Caliber did not meet my expectations. The only thing that I was satisfied with was the actual paint job on my car. The areas that were painted (entire car) except for my front grill was obviously done with meticulous detail.

I've been using this repair shop for 23 years, that had another name until Caliber purchased it and rebranded the store. I'm an extremally picky, but fair consumer and when my 370Z Nismo needed repainting resulting from rock damage, the final product, my car when it was finished as a whole was disappointing. A Nismo has very distinct colors & branding and my vehicle was finished with incorrect colors in the front grill, wrong colored pin stripes (used gold instead of red) and the back of my vehicle that was supposed to be clear coated and polished but was not. Shop tried to tell me it was. There was a sticker I put on my car over a year ago that was still on my back bumper that they clear coated? I think not. The most upsetting part was they tried to convince me the coloration wasn't off from one part of my car to another. I was told that painted plastic does not match painted metal, which is the problem I’m having. So I asked them to explain why the front of my car that was 100% repainted, why did the the painted front bumper to the painted metal fenders & hood match. I received nothing but resistance in negating the problems I identified immediately upon picking up my car. My car was repainted from the nose all the way to the rear (except my back bumper) and when I picked it up, it was absolutely filthy inside. There was a film on every single piece of glass in my car, gritty film on the outside of my car and it was not washed. The dash has a white dust/powder on all of it, you could tell someone tried to wipe it clean but did nothing but smear it. I spent 6 hours cleaning the inside of my car from all the dust on everything and the dash. This was a disappointing $13,000 paint job that required no body work. How satisfied was I – I wasn’t. I looked at other previous reviews on this shop and I asked myself, how did I manage to have these problems when the shop was rated highly from all others who’ve used it.

Everything I identified and pointed out about my car it was met with resistance. If this is supposed to be one of the best then I've lost hope in humanity. Because the best was easy to identify whereas now, the distinct black and white is no longer, now it's gray. Caliber somewhere along the way slipped.
