The black part above where my tire is, is sticking out more than before. When brought up, the person helping started slapping it in. The windshield is also cracked. I know I did not have a crack in my windshield when dropping my car off. Very dissatisfied. I was asked to come in tomorrow to have the windshield looked at. I will address the part above my tire again.

I would probably not recommend nor be back to get service done. I won’t bad mouth on social media at least. I feel bad even submitting a survey like this but it wasn’t a good look the way he phrased helping me out with my windshield.

My repair was done pretty good but the black part above my tire needed new clips. They told me my car was done, my boyfriend went to pick it up. My boyfriends mentioned the part above my tire and they started slapping it back into place. When I went back there the next day, they said it needed new clips and they would replace them. Not sure why they couldn’t be replaced when the repair was being done.

The customer service wasn’t great. Unfortunately the one person that was nice, I was not able to get his name. I had a crack in my windshield after picking my car up and no one wanted to address it before I had already drove away with my car not expecting a crack. I brought the car back the next day and that’s when they disclosed that the paint booth can cause cracks because of the temperature. That would’ve been really nice to know before my car had the work done. I would’ve paid more attention to all the chips in my windshield. Then I was told to give a good review in order to get money towards the replacement of my windshield. That’s not very customer service friendly.
